I’m Michele the Trainer, a certified personal fitness trainer, and I can help you achieve, establish and maintain the lifestyle that allows you to do all this and more. No excuses–I come to you, whether it’s in your home, office or fitness facility.

I understand that after working all day, whether it’s in or outside of the home, it’s difficult to motivate yourself to exercise. I, too, once struggled with this, before I decided to do something about it. I’ve totally changed the way I eat and move. Now, I share how I achieved this with my clients, at a rate that works for their long-term success.

Pain is not a part of getting results! Getting into shape and staying fit doesn’t have to be grueling or boring. It can be energizing, something you want to do. You have to enjoy what you’re doing to achieve your optimal results.

Over the years I have found more than 100 ways to stay fit and keep the weight off.  My book,Michele the Trainer’s Quick Start to Losing 100 Pounds Delicious, Easy-to-Follow Organic Recipes for Weight Loss and Healthy Lifestyles” is the first in my “100 Ways to Lose 100 Pounds” series. You name it and I’ve tried it. These techniques have been successful for me, and they can work for you, too!

I know what it’s like to be overweight and how it made me feel physically and emotionally. Investing in my health was the best decision I’ve ever made. It comes down to this:

I train adults, teens, children, and many times entire families, who have made the same decision and want to become more agile and nimble. Depending on your capabilities and fitness needs, I combine a variety of techniques, which include but are not limited to, weight and resistance training; aerobic exercise; functional fitness; mat Pilates; abs, arms, and core exercises; interval training; bootcamp; yoga; and restorative yoga. My goal is to get you to a point where you can generate the energy, stamina and determination to do it on your own!
